Week One DOWNLOAD MODULE HERE Take your time this week completing the module and really taking the time to figure out who you are. This is a self discovery process, I mean, your whole life is one but this week is really about introspection so set aside some quiet time to really dive deep into the 10 page module. I would suggest looking it over before starting to answer the questions. This week while you are giving yourself time to answer questions about who you are and what experiences you had that shaped you, make sure you take side notes of all the things that race through your head. Let yourself be free and not confined to a lateral way of completing the module. This week get a three ring binder that you would like to use for your program, dividers would be nice but are not necessary. If you are really serious about learning more about yourself, I personally recommend the following links. SIMILIAR MINDS: Good website with various free tests. All the tests at SimilarMinds.com are developed based on scientific measures used to ensure test validity. Statistical measures are used to ensure test questions measure what they are intended to measure. The DISC Profile: This is a very good test and I initially had to take it for a job and when I took it again on my own a year later, I noticed significant changes in my personality. DISC Profile is a technique that uses a simple questionnaire as a basis for revealing insights into a person's behaviour. An online test costs $25.00 and is worth the investment.
