In my opinion, Hilary Duff has the most kissable sweet make-up look. The look of smokey eyes and glossy natural lips can flatter almost anyone. Coordinate a soft pink, gold, and brown look to achieve her look.

The first thing you have to do before even applying your make-up is to make sure your face is clean, exfoliated and moisturized. Next with your concealer cover all the areas that need coverage, then apply your foundation and set with powder.

Although a lot of people don’t like to use blush, this stage is very important. Make sure that you choose a nice shade of pink. Apply blush on your cheekbone in light layers until you achieve a healthy glow.

For your eyes, apply a pearly gold shade on your lid, then with a slightly lighter tone apply only to the brow bone and blend. Using a dark brown eye liner, line the top part of your lashes, take a q-tip and blend the eye liner to create a smokey finish. Next, line the bottom and top lashes with a thin line of black eyeliner. Add tons of mascara and use individual false eye lashes for a more dramatic look. Also define your eye brows.

On your lips use a light pink lipstick and apply one coat, top with lots of gloss.
