When I saw Selma Blair's outfit I instantly feel in love with the idea she was going for. I thought it was fashionable and I loved the concept. So I posed it on the forums and got some of my cyber friends feedback and I tried to recreate this outfit but better. And I feel I succeeded. I found a dress with a scrunchy top at TJ Maxx for $16.99 and I started from there. I belted it with a thick belt I purchased from H&M for $16.00 or something like that, and of course the necklace I made. I love this outfit and I love how it fits my body!
