Safety Pin Bead Bracelet

Simple materials are used to create these original and beautiful designs. The exotic looking bracelet looks like a find from a far and exotic place, the colored beads are attached to safety pins then strung together on two elastic strands. The colors and type of beads dictate the style. Multicolored beads can add flare to a bohemian inspired outfit, a set of turquoise colored beads can emulate the look of the new Ralph Lauren Fashion line, or string together crystal colored beads for true elegance, the look is up to you, you be the designer.

Instructions
Step One: Open each safety pin, slip on seed beads (you can use a single hue or create a multicolor pattern), then close the pin.

Step Two: Cut two 12-inch lengths of elastic thread and loosely tie one set of ends together.

Step Three: Feed the untied end of one thread through the top eyehole of a beaded pin and the untied end of the other thread through the bottom eyehole of the same pin.

Step Four: String on the other pins, turning every other one upside down.

Step Five: Carefully unknot the threads and tie together the ends of the top length, and then the bottom length, to form a slip-on bracelet.
