Sequin Shoe Make-Over
By Selma Yalazi

It seems that sequins are all the rage these days! They embellish shoes, bags, tops, and jeans to make them truly spectacular. As I was cleaning out my shoe closet, I found a pair of worn pointy toed mules, and a crafty inspiration took over my body and I couldn't wait to get started to salvage these lovely shoes.

Materials
Hot Glue Gun
Lots of Glue Sticks
Stringed Sequins

 Instructions

Step One: Start by cleaning the shoes, using a shoe brush make sure there is no dust or dirt residue.

Step Two: Starting from the furthest corner of the shoe closest to your foot, glue a strand of sequins. (Take a look at the picture.)

Step Three: After all the sequins are in place. Check to make sure there are no gaps. If you find gaps, glue a solitary sequin to fill it in, this way your shoe looks more professional.

Step Five: After you have filled in the gaps, clean up the glue "spider webs," etc. and you are ready to wear them!
