This worked for me and I was the worse case I have ever seen. I do find myself slip back and start nibbling but out comes the emery board and liquid bandage. Trust me it works!
If you noticed when it comes your hands it is just important to keep your nails at a length you are comfortable with and clean. If you want to really step it up that is when you might want to polish with clear or a nice neutral or nude color. This is the basic hand maintenance that you need to do to look polished. If you are going to polish stick with shades of nudes, pinks, and reds. Leave the fashion colors and crazy nail art for teenagers. I do not they they look very elegant. Also it is good to mention that the minute your nails chip, you need to refresh your manicure or just completely take off your nail polish. Never walk around with chipped nail polish. THE HORROR!
Your feet on the other hand might require a visit for a professional pedicure if you have never had one. It is hard to get nice, soft feet if you have never had a pedicure before. I use a combination of a ped egg, an electronic pedicure electric file, and also keep a pedicure stone in my shower to quickly slough away dead skin in the shower before I body wash. Like your nails, keep your toes well groomed with short toe nails.

When it comes to proper grooming, not style, that is a different story all together. When it comes to grooming, clothing just needs to be well take care of. It needs to be clean, pressed or steamed, loose buttons need to be tightened, loose threads need to be cut. Your shoes need to be clean and if they could use a polishing they should be brushed and polished. The most important detail is that your clothes need to fit.
